Amanda lives in St. Charles with her husband and 2 kids. She graduated from Purdue University with her bachelor’s of science degree. She has been coaching prenatal and postnatal clients for years in the group setting. She also has her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise. Amanda’s favorite style of workout is strength training and her favorite lift is the back squat. She believes the key to long term fitness is found in one’s everyday life habits. Her fitness motto is: “Take your excuses, and turn them into your why.”
