Our workouts focus on strength and balance: Building strength and improving balance can help those over 70 maintain their mobility and reduce the risk of falls. We incorporate low impact activities, resistance training, such as using weights or resistance bands, and exercises that focus on core stability and balance in our 70+ class.
Like our sei-private training, we keep the number of participants small so that you get lots of individual attention and support during every session.
