At Fit St. Charles, you will not find rows of ellipticals or other stationary bikes or weight machines. Instead, you will find an open space to run, jump, squat, and lift, filled with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells. Workouts are comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life.
Fit St. Charles offers a variety of services, including personal training, small group training, FunFit, Boot Camp and open gym access. We believe that quality coaching leads to better results, prevents injury, and improved motivation.
