Membership Options

Select one of our membership options to start training with us!

Full Membership.


With this membership, you may sign up for 1 coached session per day. Additionally, you will be given a key and may come in during non-coached times to workout or row on your own. Additionally, full members may request on-line workouts during periods when they are unable to come to Fit St. Charles. I must limit this type of membership to TEN people. Current members may apply. If there are any remaining, only people who are recommended by current members may apply.

Pay as you go.

plus $20 per coached session

Pay a low monthly fee to maintain your membership, then pay per class as your schedule and comfort level dictate.

Personal Training.

$85/60 minute,
$45/30 minute

One-on-one personal training sessions will be offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions. There will be a 15 minute gap between sessions so that there is no contact between clients. Options for FaceTime or In-person training are available.

Virtual Training.


In-app training includes 3 workout sessions per week, customized to your equipment. You receive the workouts on the days you select along with instructional videos. You may ask in-app questions or request modifications.

Virtual Training PLUS+.


Everything from virtual training PLUS one 30 minute weekly virtual (Facetime, phone call or Zoom) coaching session.
