With this membership, you may sign up for 3 staggered semi-private personal training sessions per week (M,W,F). Additionally, full members may request on-line workouts during periods when they are unable to come to Fit St. Charles.
One-on-one personal training sessions will be offered in 50 minute sessions. Personal training sessions are specific to your goals, availability and interests. Options for FaceTime or In-person training are available.
In-app training includes 3 workout sessions per week, customized to your equipment. You receive the workouts on the days you select along with instructional videos. You may ask in-app questions or request modifications.

Everything from virtual training PLUS one 30 minute weekly virtual (Facetime, phone call or Zoom) coaching session.
