Schedule

You’ll notice that our schedule looks different than most fitness class schedules. That’s because we do things differently here. We believe in maximizing the personalization of your fitness plan so we offer a rolling start to our 60-minute semi-private sessions.

Every 15 minutes 1 or 2 people come in to the gym to start their workout. That way, you can workout on your own time, utilizing the individual coaching and modifications provided by the personal trainer facilitating the session.

At Fit, we believe our workouts provide the best of personal training along with the sense of community and support that comes with working out alongside others who are striving to attain their health and fitness goals.
