The Transformation program is a comprehensive approach to wellness. The program is customized to your individual goals, challenges and lifestyle.
We work together during wellness coaching sessions to develop a custom plan that addresses the 5 pillars of wellness: fitness, nutrition, stress, sleep and hydration. Your custom plan will contain specific steps to overcome your individual barriers to optimal health and wellness. During the 8 weeks, we will revisit this plan to make sure you are on course to meet and exceed your goals.
The Transformation Program Includes
2 “transformation” sessions: these comprehensive coaching sessions utilize SMART goal setting to help you identify specific, achievable goals as well as a comprehensive action plan to achieve your goals.
24 semi-private personal training sessions that utilize science-backed workouts to ensure optimal results. Gain strength, endurance as well improving BMI
